After your website goes live
- 30 days of post-launch fixes and small adjustments are included at no extra cost.
- After those 30 days, two optional services keep your site healthy. You can pick either or both:
- Hosting: €29 per month, or €290 per year (twelve months for the price of ten). Infrastructure we run, patch and back up, with daily backups kept for 7 days, software and security updates, and your certificate, domain and DNS kept alive.
- Support: €200 per month for four hours of changes, fixes and advice.
Ongoing Tech Partnership plans
- Four, eight or sixteen hours a month, at €50 an hour (€200, €400 or €800 per month).
- Every tier includes a quarterly review, direct access when something is unclear, advice on vendors before you sign, and priority when something breaks.
Unused hours
Hours you don't use roll over for up to three months.
Work outside your hours
- Work beyond your monthly hours, or a separate project, is €99 an hour.
- Integrations and plugins (booking system, online payments, newsletter and similar) are €99 an hour. You get an estimate in hours before we start.
- No support plan? Just ask. We'll tell you what the work involves before we start.
Not sure if something is included?
Ask in a ticket before we start. We'll always tell you if something will be billed, and roughly how many hours it takes, before doing the work.
