There are two ways to reach Framewright support. Both work. Tickets are faster.
Option 1: open a ticket (fastest)
- Log in to your customer portal at https://crm.framewright.cloud.
- Go to Support and open a new ticket.
- Add a short subject, describe the problem and attach screenshots if you have them.
- Submit the ticket.
What happens next: the first response comes from our AI assistant. It can often answer common questions straight away, or ask for the details we'll need. Where a person is needed, we follow up in the same ticket. You can follow every reply in the portal.
Option 2: send an email
Write to info@framewright.cloud. We reply within 12 hours.
Email is fine for questions and anything that isn't urgent. For problems with your website or other systems, a ticket is quicker and keeps everything in one place.
Which one should I use?
| Situation | Best channel |
|---|---|
| Something is broken or not working as it should | Ticket |
| A change to your website | Ticket |
| A general question or a new idea you want to discuss | Email or ticket |
| You can't log in to the portal |
