A Frame site has no editing panel, which keeps it fast and secure. When you want to change something, we make the change for you.
How to request a change
- Open a ticket at https://crm.framewright.cloud (or email info@framewright.cloud).
- For each change, tell us:
- the page (paste its web address),
- what to change: copy the old text and write the new text below it,
- any new photos, attached to the ticket.
- Put several changes in one ticket. It's quicker for both of us.
What does it cost?
- In the first 30 days after launch: fixes and small adjustments are included.
- After that: covered by your support plan hours, or billed by the hour. See the article What is included, and what is billed.
We'll tell you before starting if a change falls outside your plan.
How long does it take?
We'll let you know when to expect the change once we've seen your request. Bigger changes, such as new pages or new sections, are planned with you first.
Why not edit the files myself?
We build your site with our own tools and publish it from there. A manual edit on the server can be overwritten the next time we publish.

A Frame site can be upgraded to Frame & Panel, which adds an editing panel. Ask us about it.
