How working with Framewright works

Framewright helps small businesses get their website, CRM, sales process and Microsoft 365 working together. Here is what to expect once you're a customer.

You work with one person

There are no account managers or hand-offs. The person who scoped your project is the person who stays close to building it: Robert Kociemba, founder of Framewright.

Every project follows four steps

  1. Assess. We map the tools you use today, where work slows down and what matters most to the business.
  2. Prioritise. We separate the structural work that has to happen first from the extras that can wait.
  3. Build. We work in clear stages with checkpoints you can see and test.
  4. Transfer. We document and explain what we built, so your team understands it and can keep using it.

What we ask from you

  • A contact person who can answer questions and approve decisions.
  • Your material (texts, photos, logins to existing systems) by the dates we agree. If material arrives late, the project pauses and picks up again when it arrives.
